AI is 0% dynamic, repetitive PVE is a good way to experience core elements of the game- but raiders and rogues on every map isn’t going to be the experience in PVP. PMC and Raiders and there was still new groups of 3-5 spawning in and I just ran out of ammo. If it was a lower level quest definitely, I mean you see a player in that blueberry helmet or in a respirator and you know what's up, but I don't think a really significant portion of the player base is going to make it to level 60 especially after the changes to experience that made it even harder than last wipe.
